Acceptance
By accessing the Streakzy website, registering on the waitlist, using the Streakzy mobile application, or enrolling as a business partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Streakzy. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Streakzy.
The Service
Streakzy is a milestone-based loyalty platform that enables local businesses ("Business Partners") to reward regular customers ("Consumers") for repeat visits and spending. The platform tracks:
- Visit milestones — the number of times a Consumer visits a specific Partner Store
- Spend milestones — the cumulative amount a Consumer spends at a specific Partner Store
Streakzy acts as a technology intermediary; rewards are funded and fulfilled by the Partner Store. Streakzy is currently in a pre-launch phase — specific features and timelines are subject to change.
Consumer Terms
- You register with your mobile number and consent to receive OTP-based authentication messages.
- Your visit and spend data is tracked per Partner Store. Progress at one store does not carry over to another.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during sign-up.
- You must not create multiple accounts to manipulate milestone progress.
- You must not use fraudulent transactions, fake receipts, or any deceptive means to accumulate visits or spend.
Reward Rules
- No cash equivalent — rewards are store-specific vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically designated as UPI cashback by the Partner Store.
- Non-transferable — rewards are issued to the registered account that earned them and cannot be transferred.
- Expiry — each reward has a validity period set by the Partner Store. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
- Hold or redeem — where tiered rewards are offered, choosing to hold does not guarantee the higher reward if the programme is modified or if Streakzy's service is discontinued.
- Restart on redemption — when a spend milestone is redeemed, the spend counter resets to the amount spent above the redeemed threshold (e.g. spent ₹847, redeemed at ₹500 → counter restarts at ₹347). Visit counters restart from zero upon redemption unless stated otherwise by the store.
- Programme changes — Partner Stores may modify or discontinue their programme at any time. Streakzy is not liable for programme changes made by Partner Stores.
Business Partner Terms
- You confirm that you are the owner or an authorised representative of the listed business.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your store information.
- You are solely responsible for funding and fulfilling the rewards you configure. Streakzy does not fund any consumer rewards.
- You agree to honour all valid reward redemptions presented by Consumers through Streakzy.
- You will not configure rewards that are misleading, illegal, or that you do not intend to fulfil.
- You grant Streakzy a non-exclusive licence to display your store name and category on the platform.
- Streakzy reserves the right to suspend or remove a Partner Store if it receives credible reports of fraud, consumer harassment, or failure to honour rewards.
During the launch period, Streakzy is provided free of charge. Pricing terms for post-launch use will be communicated separately and will not apply retroactively without your explicit consent.
Accounts
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@streakzy.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
- Use Streakzy for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Scrape or systematically extract data from Streakzy
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Manipulate visit or spend data through fake transactions or technical means
- Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
Intellectual Property
All content on Streakzy — including the brand name, logo, design, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Streakzy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Streakzy's intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- Streakzy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Streakzy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of rewards due to programme changes or service outages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Streakzy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@streakzy.com. Your milestone data will be retained for 12 months for fraud prevention before permanent deletion. Partner Stores will receive 14 days' notice of termination unless due to fraud or serious misconduct.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, please contact support@streakzy.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Changes to Terms
Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Streakzy after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
